I caught 6 fish and my pictures came out very well. What is the subject for your photo essay and where did you take your photographs? (1)- The subjects are the wilderness and the giant beluga whale i caught. Also that beautiful sunset that was perfect that night. Why did you select this place? Why is it significant or important to you? (1)- I selected this place because I love fishing. This is significant because I go so much and have gone my whole life. What concept are you trying to portray about this topic? (1)- I tried to portray the trail I take every time I go fishing. Visually, how did your images capture the narrative or “story” of your essay? (1)- The images capture the story because it shows how I get to where i fish. Discuss: the order and arrangement of your photos and how you visually unified the series of photos? (2)- I tried to arrange the photos in the order of the trail but I decided to even the photos with trees and sunsets. I put the fish in the top middle because it emphasizes it. Which photo is the strongest in the series?- I believe my last photo is because the sunset looks super rad. Describe the composition (2) (viewpoint, angle, lighting, etc) and technical aspects / editing (2) of one of the photos.- The last photo uses the rule of thirds. The bottom third is the trees and the top is the sunset and clouds. Also, the lighting is perfect. To edit this photo I changed the levels and I cropped it.
